Refund policy

Due to items being printed/made when you order them, we are only able accept returns for defective, damaged or misprinted items and you must request the return within 7 days of the item being delivered. We know this is a short return window, but we partner with multiple print provides to bring you our designs on all the great products you see on our website, and they limit the time we have to submit a claim for damaged or misprinted items.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@designsfrommarz.com. All requests for returns/refunds must include a picture of the damage or misprint. This is required by all our production partners. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Sometimes a production partner will want the item returned to them for quality control. If your request for return/refund is accepted, you will receive additional details, like shipping if needed. 
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason due to items being printed on demand. Please pay close attention to size charts before you order and remember each monitor has different color calibrations, so actual colors may vary. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must email us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the issue, so we can provide them to our production partner and get the issues resolved quickly. 

We cannot accept returns for gift cards or items that are not damaged, defective or misprinted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at returns@designsfrommarz.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return/refund request and let you know if any additional information is needed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at designsfrommarz@gmail.com. If your return/refund request is not approved, we will contact you to determine next steps.
