Refund policy
Sometimes a production partner will want the item returned to them for quality control. If your request for return/refund is accepted, you will receive additional details, like shipping if needed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must email us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the issue, so we can provide them to our production partner and get the issues resolved quickly.
We cannot accept returns for gift cards or items that are not damaged, defective or misprinted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at returns@designsfrommarz.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return/refund request and let you know if any additional information is needed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at designsfrommarz@gmail.com. If your return/refund request is not approved, we will contact you to determine next steps.
